3DBAE legal
Terms of Service
These terms define the rules for using 3DBAE, including account responsibilities, content rights, AI features, billing, publishing, and acceptable use.
Effective July 28, 2026
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to the 3DBAE website, applications, APIs, viewers, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use 3DBAE for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
3DBAE provides browser-based tools for 3D and media authoring, generation, project collaboration, interactive configurators, publishing, embedding, and connected assistants. Available features, limits, supported formats, model availability, and beta functionality can change as the Service develops. The plan and price shown at checkout control your purchase.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Protect passwords, access tokens, recovery methods, and devices.
- Use individual accounts; do not share credentials or bypass seat and workspace controls.
- Notify connect@3dbae.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report compromise, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. You grant 3DBAE a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, display, and otherwise process that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to fulfill your instructions, including generation, optimization, collaboration, publishing, and export.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for all uploaded content, prompts, reference media, personal data, trademarks, and other materials. You are responsible for your content, the output you publish, and compliance with licenses and applicable law.
5. AI features and generated output
AI features can produce incomplete, inaccurate, similar, or unexpected results. Output is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You must review output before using or publishing it and should not rely on it where an error could cause harm.
3DBAE does not guarantee that generated output is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection. You must not use AI features to infringe rights, impersonate people, create unlawful material, or evade safety controls. A generation quote or assistant price is shown in credits; starting the request authorizes the stated debit. Failed requests are handled under the product's credit-settlement rules.
6. Workspaces, integrations, and publishing
Workspace owners and authorized members control access according to their roles. Invitations should be sent only to intended recipients. When you authorize an integration or connected assistant, it may act within the scopes displayed during authorization until access expires or is revoked.
You choose whether a publication is public, restricted, or cloneable, subject to plan availability. Public links and embeds expose the scene and files needed for browser rendering to anyone who can reach them. Enabling cloning also permits supported copying and model export. Do not publish confidential content through a public link.
7. Plans, storage, credits, and payment
Paid plans and storage add-ons renew automatically for the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize the payment processor to charge the purchase price, applicable tax, and any disclosed recurring amount. Prices are displayed in the stated currency; your bank may apply conversion or other fees.
Included and purchased AI credits are usage units, not money or stored value. They are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may expire on the date disclosed in the Service or at purchase. Credits are consumed according to the quote accepted for each request. Storage limits combine the active plan allowance and active add-ons. Uploads may be blocked when the limit is reached.
You can cancel a subscription or storage add-on from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access and limits can change after downgrade; you are responsible for reducing or exporting content above the new limit. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Upload malware, exploit code, abusive content, or material that facilitates violence, fraud, or sexual exploitation.
- Access another user's data, account, workspace, project, billing information, or private publication without authorization.
- Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, metering, rate limits, safety systems, or infrastructure.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or systematically extract the Service or non-public content except where law expressly permits.
- Use automated access outside documented interfaces or in a way that unreasonably burdens the Service.
- Misrepresent identity, ownership, authorization, or the origin of content or output.
9. 3DBAE intellectual property
The Service, software, product design, documentation, branding, and content supplied by 3DBAE are owned by 3DBAE or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service. These Terms do not grant a license to 3DBAE trademarks or to redistribute the Service. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
10. Suspension, termination, and data
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, non-payment, unlawful conduct, material breach, or harm to the Service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Export content you need before deletion or a plan reduction. We may retain limited records required for security, disputes, tax, accounting, refunds, or law, as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, external services, regional availability, model changes, browser capabilities, and events beyond reasonable control can affect availability. Preview, experimental, or beta features may change or be withdrawn without notice.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” 3DBAE disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and quiet enjoyment. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DBAE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. 3DBAE's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to 3DBAE for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited.
14. Indemnity
If you use the Service on behalf of a business, that business will defend and indemnify 3DBAE against third-party claims arising from its content, unlawful use, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law. This section does not apply to consumers where prohibited.
15. General terms
These Terms, the policies they reference, and purchase-specific terms form the agreement for the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; 3DBAE may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Service, subject to applicable law.
The agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the 3DBAE contracting operator, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes. Mandatory consumer protections and rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. Material changes apply prospectively after reasonable notice where required. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms; otherwise, you should cancel and stop using the Service. Questions can be sent to connect@3dbae.com.
