At 3DBae, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for our subscription plans and services. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
By subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund Policy and the terms set forth by Paddle. During the checkout process, you will be asked to explicitly confirm that you have read and accept our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy before completing your purchase. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
At 3DBae, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
To exercise your right to a refund within the 30-day period, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement. For fastest processing, please contact us at connect@3dbae.com with your order details.
Important Notice for Digital Content: WHERE OUR SERVICE IS DIGITAL CONTENT WHICH IS IMMEDIATELY MADE AVAILABLE, BY DOWNLOADING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU CONSENT TO IMMEDIATE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU WILL LOSE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THIS AGREEMENT ONCE THE DOWNLOAD OR APPLICABLE USE OF THE DIGITAL CONTENT HAS BEGUN.
Important: When uploading 3D models or using our platform, you acknowledge that you are aware that you only have 30 days to request a refund after the order completion date. By starting to use our services, you confirm your understanding of this refund window.
Exceptions: We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases where there is evidence of excessive usage of our platform, such as multiple model uploads and embeddings, or any indication of abuse of the refund policy.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription:
- Log into your 3DBae account
- Navigate to Subscription Settings
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
- Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation
Alternatively, you can request cancellation by emailing connect@3dbae.com with your account information.
Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.
Please note that in respect of subscription services, your right to a refund applies only following the initial subscription purchase and not upon each automatic renewal.
We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscription periods after the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period.
Free Trial Cancellations
If you are using a free trial of our premium plan, you will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not want to continue to a paid subscription, you must cancel before the trial period ends by following the cancellation steps above.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the first subscription period at the then-current rate, and your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it.
Refund Eligibility
Outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee period for new users, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. We may consider refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from using the service as described, which our team has been unable to resolve
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Other exceptional circumstances, evaluated on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to services which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Effect of Refund or Cancellation
If your refund request is approved within the eligible period, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the initial subscription period.
We will process the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than 14 days after we've confirmed your eligibility for a refund.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Complaint Policy and Refund Process
We are committed to providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly. If you experience any problems with our service, please contact our support team at connect@3dbae.com.
Complaint Resolution Timeline:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 24 hours
- Our team will investigate your issue and provide an initial response within 3 business days
- Most complaints will be fully resolved within 5-7 business days
If your complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through our support team, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer protection agency in your jurisdiction.

- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Order or transaction ID
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that we cannot process refunds for payments made via wire transfer under $100, as these transactions are not eligible for refunds under the Consumer Credit Act.
Consumer Rights
If you are a Consumer (purchasing for personal rather than business use), you may benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your rights as a Consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer in relation to digital content which is not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a premium plan to a free plan, you will maintain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After this period, your account will revert to the free plan, which may result in limited access to previously created projects and models that exceed the free plan limits.
Payment by Wire Transfer
It's your responsibility to provide us with the correct payment details if you choose to pay by wire transfer. Orders where payments are made via wire transfer are not protected under the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and are therefore generally not eligible for a refund.
However, in cases where the transaction amount, including sales tax or where the sales tax refund is above $100 / £100 / €100, you may be entitled to a refund including the sales tax you paid, at Paddle's discretion.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first to resolve any issues with your purchase. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the termination of your account and access to our services.
We understand that chargebacks can happen for valid reasons, including:
- If you do not receive the service you paid for
- If you are charged the wrong amount or charged twice by mistake
- If the payment was made fraudulently
You agree to contact us prior to raising a request for a chargeback or any dispute with your bank or card issuer.
If you do not recognize a charge on your statement from "PADDLE.NET*3DBAE", please contact us before disputing the charge, as Paddle is our authorized payment processor.
Sales Tax Refunds
If you've been charged sales tax on your purchase and are registered for sales tax in the country of purchase, you may be entitled to a refund of the sales tax amount if permitted by the laws applicable in such country. Sales taxes include VAT, GST, Consumption Tax, and others as applicable from time to time.
You must contact us within 60 days after completing the purchase to be eligible for a sales tax refund. This refund will only be processed upon the provision of a valid sales tax code for your country.
All sales tax refund requests received after 60 days from the date of the transaction will not be processed.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of such changes. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically for any updates.
Statement Descriptors
When you purchase a subscription from 3DBae, the charge will appear on your credit card or bank statement as "PADDLE.NET*3DBAE". If you do not recognize this charge, please contact us before disputing the charge with your bank.
